- The ticket price includes seating in Block B. If Block B is fully booked, seats will be assigned in Blocks A or E. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any price differences.
- Pick-up, drop-off, and transfer services are not available. Attendees must arrange their own transportation to Bodrum Castle, where the festival takes place. Tickets can be collected at the ticket counter near the castle entrance by providing your name.
- It is recommended to collect your ticket at least 30 minutes before the performance to ensure a smooth entry.
- All seats are numbered, and reserved seats cannot be occupied by others.
